Timothy E. Caraway is the author of a Fantasy/ Science Fiction YA series titled Jason and the Juggernaut, as a Christian twist on the ancient myth of Jason and the Argonauts. He has also authored Survival Kayaking, a nonfiction outdoor book.
Born in Fontana, California 1959, Tim moved to Alaska in 1961 to a gold mining community near Hatcher Pass. Since then, Timothy has lived in various locations throughout Alaska: Chugiak, Anchor Point, Kalgin Island, Anchorage, Meadow Lakes, and Deering.
Timothy has a variety of passions, and his skills set includes home remodeling and being an artist, farmer, commercial fisherman, public school teacher, martial arts instructor, and author. An avid kayaker, sailor, cross-country skier and unsuccessful hunter, Caraway's broad range of experiences are reflected in the adventures of the characters in his books.
